NEW Contactless Delivery x GoFetch
We are pleased to announce that charityBay has partnered with GoFetch, to supply our users with a contactless delivery option, for items sold on our platform. GoFetch is an Australian owned company, who specialise in both private and corporate bookings and deliveries.
Your health and wellbeing are our number one priority, as we face this new temporary ‘norm’ in our society. GoFetch now provides the lucky bidders with an option to arrange the pickup and delivery of their item, for convenience, ensuring they can remain safe and sound at home.
Once you have successfully won an auction, you can choose your preferred pickup/delivery method. We encourage you to use charityBay’s in-app messaging system, to notify the donor of your choice and arrange a pickup time.
If you choose GoFetch contactless delivery, you can sign up through either their app or website: https://app.go-fetch.com.au/#/user/registration.
From there, it’s only three simple steps:
- Request a Fetch – Follow the steps, enter what you need to be delivered and where it’s going. Enter Promo Code: CHARITYBAY for a 10% discount.
- Fetcher Accepts – A Fetcher (deliverer) in your area accepts the job, and you receive a notification confirming that your delivery is on its way.
- Delivery Done – You only get charged once your fetcher has safely delivered your package, and you have rated their performance.
